The Cap Cana Executive President is reelected as president of ADETI

The Dominican Association of Real Estate Tourism Companies (ADETI) held its ordinary general assembly on Wednesday where it reelected Jorge Subero Medina as president of the entity for the second consecutive period, through the voting for the election of the representatives that will make up the new directive in the next few two years.

Subero Medina, who is the current executive president of Cap Cana Ciudad Destino, will be accompanied by the new board of directors that will be made up of Yudith Castillo from Grupo Puntacana; Juan Velázquez de Costasur in Casa de Campo; and Rolando Fernández de Castro, from Playa Grande Golf & Ocean Club, all as vice presidents of the entity.

Also Cruz Apestegui from Rincón Bay as secretary; and Tania Ramírez from Terra RD Partners who is INICIA’s asset manager as treasurer.

While as members will be Messrs. William Phelan de Tropicalia belonging to the Cisneros Organization; Luis Enrique Fajardo from Grupo Velutini; Jesús Durán from Playa Nueva Romana; Beatriz Asilis from Metro Country Club; Peter Flook, from Club Hemingway; and Michael Lugo Risk, as executive director.

ADETI continues with its mission of promoting the consolidation in the development of real estate tourist communities at the national level, as well as raising the promotion of the Dominican Republic as a world-class tourist destination, with a high-level complimentary offer.

The reelected president of ADETI thanked the vote of confidence received and expressed his commitment to the institutional objectives of the new management for the next two years, which, among other actions, will be aimed at solidifying the sector, achieving synergies between the public and private sectors. , strengthen the procedures before the Real Estate Jurisdiction at the interests of the country, the association, and its members are united in a project of the Dominican Republic.
