For franchise owner Alexander Saviñón, bringing Granier to Cap Cana was also about recognizing an opportunity: a growing community ready for a bakery and café concept with an extensive menu, fresh products, and a place that could naturally fit into the rhythm of everyday life.
It is an easy stop to fold into the weekend. Come for brunch, stay for another cup, or swing by in the afternoon when something warm from the oven sounds exactly right.
At Fishing Lodge, even a coffee run can feel like part of the plan.
