The Latiendo por Ti Foundation successfully celebrated its traditional Easter party, “Easter Egg Hunt Brunch 2018”, a fun activity for the whole family.
The activity was held at Api Beach in Cap Cana’s Marina, with the purpose of raising funds to help operate congenital heart disease in children and young people of limited resources of the Children’s Hospital Robert Reid Cabral.
The activity was carried out from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon and in it, parents enjoyed a brunch in a special and unique environment, and the youngsters, with various activities such as the search for traditional Easter eggs , arts and crafts, competitions, playground, besides the attractiveness of the beach and pool.
Ms. Hazoury said that the funds raised will be allocated to the 8th day of cardiovascular surgeries, to be held next to the International Children’s Heart Foundation at the Dr. Robert Hospital Reid Cabral. to be performed by the International Children Heart Foundation and the Gift of lLife program of the Rotary Club, this April, at the Dr. Robert Reid Cabral Children’s Hospital, which is the medical institution where most economically challenged parents turn to with their sick children in pursuit of health and life for their children
The Latiendo por Ti Foundation, whose motto symbolizes the love people have for one another, was born out of the initiative of its founder, Mary Carmen Hazoury de Fondeur, whose daughter Jeannie Fondeur suffers from a serious congenital heart disease and a group of volunteers who share the same love for the same cause that saw the lack of opportunities that children of limited resources in our country have in treating these kind of diseases.
