Eden Roc Cap Cana will host the official Global Wellness Day event in the Dominican Republic. This social project that takes place in more than 110 countries simultaneously will have its official celebration in the country at Los Establos Cap Cana, on Saturday June 8 with various activities throughout the day.
Global Wellness Day is a non-profit organization with the motto “one day can change your whole life” that celebrates this global health and well-being event with the purpose of raising awareness on how to live well and increase motivation on a daily basis, being stress free in everyday life and ending bad habits, recognizing the value of our lives.
With a varied activities agenda, the participants and assistants of Global Wellness Day will enjoy crossfit, yoga and meditation classes, Military Cross Training and Latin Mix, weights and zumbaton, intervals of high intensity, gymnastics for girls, talks about nutrition and well-being, tastings, a Wellness Market, a bicycle tour, 5 K race, among other activities that all are completely free. They will also have gastronomic spaces and diverse activities for the enjoyment of the whole family. The activities will be held by Power Fit Studio, Spex Wellness Center, Body Shop Athletic Club, Yosaicrossfit, Ananda Yoga, SM Wellness Center, Eden Roc Cap Cana Spa & Wellness Center, Sun Ride Bike Team and IMG Hospital.
