Burger Factory is the latest and newest addition to Sanctuary Town, the already popular cluster of venues to eat, drink and have fun in Cap Cana. With a great selection of premium hamburgers, all made with premium ingredients, specially the beef, made with 100% pure Galician veal imported from Spain and directly from the Paco Martinez’s factory, its proud owner. Every single item in the menu is cooked from fresh ingredients and the bread is baked daily on the premises.
There are several very interesting choices in the menu, but the star of the show is the XXL Premium, a ¾ pound of pure beef topped with its own custom made bun and fries. The serving weights 1.5 pounds in total and its worth sharing, it also comes with a pitcher of the house beer included. Another great item is the Smoked Salmon burger that comes paired with a fresh bun of bread made with squid ink amongst other great ingredients. The milk shakes are not only pretty but delicious. All dishes are served with a selection of potatoes made in 3 different ways: The classical French fries peel roasted or country style. For those in a diet, the light side of the menu offers a wide arrange of healthy dishes and salads. Its selection of sandwiches is also notable.
All in the family are welcome at Burger Factory and it does not require prior reservation. The venue has a well appointed diner atmosphere in its air conditioned interior and a great open air terrace for those who prefer to sit outside.
