Cap Cana, Rep. Sun, December 18, 2020 – The destination city Cap Cana and it is paradisiacal
Juanillo beach, for the fifth consecutive year, was the official venue of the Heat Latin Awards
Music 2020, in an artistic event, held under the strictest protocols of
corresponding social and health distancing and transmitted through platforms
digital.
A stage of 4 thousand square meters was prepared to virtually deliver the
show and receive the participating artists and only 94 spectators who were
distributed in exclusive spaces for groups of 6 people separated by two
meters between each. The biosecurity measures were applied before and during the
event, both for artists, the production team, and a small audience. The setting was
sanitized between each show, with no more than 10 people on stage.
Cap Cana, a paradisiacal setting for great artistic, sporting, gastronomic and
cultural events, with the Heat Awards, makes it possible to promote the Dominican Republic
thereby contributing to the reactivation of tourism and opening the country to receive
tourists.
Televised to more than 30 countries, more than 120 million people were connected in a
in the television transmission of the event through the HTV channel and the platform
digital Heat TV.com, where this great party of Latin music could be enjoyed from the
tranquility and comfort of home.
During the awards ceremony, 16 Globo Heat awards chosen by the public were presented, and
