The Hyatt Ziva and Zilara hotels in Cap Cana recently reopened with joy and enthusiasm, welcoming their first guests with a ribbon cut, music, dancers, and a huge beach party that served as a great welcome.

The hotels, two of the most recent in the Cap Cana destination, opened their doors on July 22 with 100% of their services and staff. On a visit to the establishment, its General Director Pedro Tomas assured us that “we know that we will have low occupations but with this we want to tell the world that we are open, prepared and waiting for them, “said the executive.

Pedro Tomas confirmed the hotel reopened its facilities to a 100%. “We cannot afford to disappoint the clients who trusted us and the Hyatt brand, we have to offer the services that our guests are used to receiving”, said Tomas.
