Residents of Cap Cana’s community and nearby areas had the opportunity to completely transform their bodies, minds and souls thanks to Powerfit Studios’ Body Solutions program.
Powerfit Studio, located in La Marina de Cap Cana, with this initiative sought to create awareness through physical and mental change, the benefits of living a healthy life, in harmony with a total and lasting transformation, focused on the people who live in the areas of Bávaro, Punta Cana and Cap Cana. The program lasts for nine intense weeks of cardiovascular and resistance training, together with a nutrition and learning program.

Body Solutions 2018, is aimed at any beginner or advanced, both sex, from 18 years of age. “Everyone who wants to make positive changes in their lives and experience the benefits of a sound and healthy life, this is the program for you,” said Lissette Hazoury, owner of Power Fit Studio.
The program was led by the renowned Coach Bernabé Lagrule, with more than 25 years of experience in the fitness and health industry, and Dr. Maureen Comarazamy, dedicated and passionate nutritionist. The Body Solutions included an agenda of nutrition and fitness talks, cooking shows, group classes inside and outside the gym, ecological walks and other entertaining and healthy activities.
