Trying its coffee –which carries the same name and was developed in collaboration with Casa Barista & Co.– is something you can only do here.
This exclusive blend is also available for purchase, extending the experience beyond the hotel.
A menu that blends coffee and fresh options
The menu includes espressos, lattes, and cold brews. It also features matcha, natural juices, and green juices.
It’s designed for different moments of the day, from a morning coffee to lighter afternoon options.
Dominican cacao as part of the concept
Here, the pastry selection incorporates 100% Dominican cacao. It’s not just a detail. It’s a core part of the concept.

Pastry that complements and elevates the experience
Croissants, pain au chocolat, and berry danishes are part of the offering. They are classic options, well executed, designed to complement the coffee without overcomplicating it.
There are also vegan, sugar-free, and plant-based milk options available.

Kawa works both as a sit-down space and a grab-and-go spot, this last format allows you to stop by, order, and go without compromising quality.
In addition, everyday, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Kawa offers 50% off all pastries. This moment shifts the dynamic and turns it into a social spot within the hotel.
