For its excellence in terms of hospitality, accommodation and experience, eight hotels of the AMResorts chain received the “Gold Crown” from RCI and the Unlimetd Vacation Club, which awards the recognition program of the international firm RCI.
The awarding of the awards to the properties was carried out on the Island at Dreams Palm Beach Punta Cana, and it was headed by the gentlemen, Eugene Rybicky, president of AMSTAR, Colette Baruth, Senior Vice President of Global Trade and Distribution AMResorts, Daniel Hernández, Vice President of Operations for the Dominican Republic, Chad Knowles, Regional Director of Unlimited Vacation Club (UVC), Donna Notley, General Director AMSTAR Dominican Republic; Luis Núñez, Regional Commercial Director, among others.
During the activity, Hernandez gave a few words of welcome and thanked the guests for their presence, while noting that RCI is an exchange of stays with around more than 4 thousand affiliated resorts worldwide and only 46% of the participating hotels achieve this recognition, after meeting the established parameters and, therefore, in AMResorts they feel highly satisfied with the service provided to the customers “.

Hernández highlighted the fact that the award is based on the opinions expressed by the guests about the levels of satisfaction during their visit.
