In honor of Chef Keller and his legacy, Eden Roc at Cap Cana is preparing a delightful gastronomic weekend. The main event will take place on Saturday, November 18, with “An Evening with Chef Thomas Keller”, a dinner inspired by Chef Keller’s distinctive cuisine and prepared by our Executive Chef, Gianluca Re Fraschini.
