More than 200 artists arriving in Cap Cana for the 2017 Heat Latin Musc Awards!
Cap Cana, Dominican Republic, May 30, 2017 – Cap Cana is ready to host the third edition of the Heat Latin Music Awards, to be held on Thursday, June 8 at Juanillo Beach in an event that promises to be unforgettable, with the presence of renowned Latin American artists of different musical genres.
This international award that recognizes the Latin musical talent outside the United States, as well as the most outstanding videos during 2016 on the HTV screen, will receive on this occasion the artistic delights of FARRUKO, MARIELLE HAZLO, JUAN MAGÁN, MAU & RICKY, SIXTO REIN, NACHO, SEBASTIAN YATRA, CARLOS VIVES, ANDRES CEPEDA, FANNY LU, JACOB FOREVER, VICTOR MANUELLE, J. BALVIN, BONI & KELLY, OZUNA, BAD BUNNY, MOZART LA PARA, JOWELL AND RANDY, PRINCE ROYCE among other well-known artists.
For this great celebration of Latin music, Cap Cana, a paradisiacal venue of magnificent artistic, sports, gastronomic and cultural events, has made available to national and foreign artists and guests its various facilities, hotels, restaurants, golf courses and eco-adventure and recreational parks, thus contributing to the promotion platform of the Dominican Republic to the world. It is expected on this occasion to receive a prevailing 5,000 guests to witness the show, as well as more than a hundred international media agencies. Joining forces with Cap Cana, co-sponsoring by Secrets Cap Cana, AlSol Resorts, Scape Park and the Cap Cana Homeowners Association (APROCAP).
A total of 12 categories nominate more than sixty artists. J Balvin and Farruko lead the nominations in 4 categories; Maluma and Lali Espósito also stand out in the list with three nominations, followed closely by Chino and Nacho, Sebastian Yatra, Carlos Vives, Bomba Estéreo, Alexis and Fido. Dominicans Eddie Herrera, Marielle Hazlo and Gabriel are nominated as Best Tropical Artist, Best Female Artist and Emerging Artist, respectively.
