At Fusion by Frida, the team prepares its own soft corn masa, a detail that makes an immediate difference in both texture and flavor. Many of the essential ingredients—such as chilies, spices, and salsa bases—are imported directly from Mexico to ensure a result that stays true to each region.
Some tortillas are made with blue corn, which not only looks beautiful on the plate but also delivers a deeper, more complex flavor.
