DATE, the Dominican Annual Tourism Exchange, was created to provide a professionally organized business exchange where International Wholesalers, Tour Operators, Incentive Groups, Airlines, and Charters Operators (Buyers) can meet and conduct business with the Dominican Republic’s leading tourism suppliers.
Eden Roc Cap Cana had a outstanding participation in the event in which its delegates had the opportunity to promote the beautiful boutique suites, award winning restaurants, new fitness center and the new Beachfront Suites.
In a press conference held during DATE with more than 50 journalists, Mr. Stefano Baratelli, Executive Director, announced the new Beachfront Suites each with breathtaking ocean views, which increase the resort’s overall inventory to 60 all-suite rooms. Additionally, the new Resort Video was revealed during this press conference.

A rustic palette of sand and gray tones fill the rooms with light and are mixed with natural woods and chic fabrics to create an elegant rustic atmosphere in paradise. The decor stays true to the destination with handmade Dominican art and sculptures in each suite. All suites have a full ocean view with a terrace or balcony – a new distinction for the resort.
Also in the frame of the Dominican Annual Tourism Exchange, Eden Roc Cap Cana welcomed the visit of more than 20 Directors of the Dominican Republic Tourism offices around the world to highlight the new Beachfront Suites, new fitness center and the cuisine of the BLUE Grill + Bar.
