ConstruWeekend is born from the restlessness of a group of suppliers of the Dominican Republic’s construction sector, who joined forces to strengthen the relationship with its customers, the most important project developers in the industry.
This event was held successfully for the first time in 2015, with the participation of more than 30 supply companies of different categories within the construction industry, and more than 150 high-profile guests.
The second edition of ConstruWeekend will take place during the weekend of September 2nd to the 4th of 2016 in Cap Cana. A get-together that will combine business relationships with an exquisite atmosphere among friends, engineers, architects and construction professionals.
The benefits obtained following the conclusion of ConstruWeekend will be donated to the expansion of the Pequeñas Cometas Day Care Center, located in the community of Nuevo Juanillo, which is the main project of the Forjando un Futuro Foundation, which will accommodate 50 children of the community. Pequeñas Cometas is a space that guarantees the care and education of children between 0 and 5 years of age while their parents deplete their workday.
ConstruWeekend is not only for those who have a penchant for golf, it is also for those who enjoy fishing and also for those who just want to have a good time, enjoy of good company, mesmerize within the beautiful sceneries and world-class cuisine of Cap Cana.
The ConstruWeekend Golf Tournament will be staged at the Punta Espada, a signature design golf course of the legendary Jack Nicklaus, which hosted three consecutive years of the PGA Championship Tour and is ranked by GolfWeek as the Best Golf course of Mexico and the Caribbean.
