He indicated that his goal is to individualize and create tailored experiences for each of the guest&#8217;s needs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTimes have changed and the all-inclusive has evolved, our goal as a good atelier, is to particularize services. In Sanctuary Cap Cana we intend to create unique experiences for our visitors, we understand that this is where the magic and connection happens for our guests\u201d, he added.\u00a0He explained that from the arrival of the guests at hotel, the security staff receives them with a personalized welcome, being called by their name creating a unique sensation of recognition.\u00a0\u201cWe are focused on maintaining an optimal product despite the situations and circumstances that surround us. That is our best cover letter and our best strategy\u201d, he said.<\/p>\n<p>The main market for this 323 \u201cadults only\u201d hotel at Juanillo Beach is the North American market, followed by Canadians and Europeans.\u00a0\u201cLikewise, we are very attractive in the groups and weddings segments for the local and international market due to the qualities and diversity of our product. We have 4 event rooms with capacity for up to 500 people and a spa with unique bridal salons in its class\u201d, he added.\u00a0\u201cSanctuary is a unique hotel within the luxury category, located in one of the most exclusive destinations in the Caribbean and in the Dominican Republic: Cap Cana. It is a Hotel that has a lot of attributes and our job is to make them known to a worldwide level\u201d, he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are everything our guest wants us to be. We can dare to please all our guests; most of our rooms have a spectacular ocean view; we have very romantic luxury rooms inspired by a colonial style, very modern units in two towers facing the sea, private villas with one or two rooms that look like they were taken out from a travel postcard and a majestic castle in the Caribbean with saltwater pools, being the only hotel with a room that gives access to a private island and a pillar-based restaurant located above the sea.
