BDI Bank and Cap Cana Real Estate presented “7 Mares”, the first tower of the tourist, residential and hotel destination, Cap Cana. 7 Mares will have attractive financing facilities for buyers, granted by this banking institution.<\/p>\n

The presentation cocktail was chaired by Juan Carlos Rodr\u00edguez Copello and Jos\u00e9 de Moya Cuesta, president and executive vice president of Banco BDI; Eduardo Valdez Marranzini, executive of Constructora Logroval and Jorge Subero Medina, executive president of Cap Cana, accompanied by Teresa Valenzuela Arbaje, vice president of the Individual Banking Branch of Banco BDI, Noribel Medina, executive director of Cap Cana Real Estate and Mariano Sanz, owner of Inversiones Aides and developer partner of the tower.<\/p>\n

Teresa Valenzuela said that “at Banco BDI we are more than excited to be part of this wonderful project, being our fundamental role to serve as facilitators so that the final acquirer has the best financing conditions, adjusting our product to the fit and need of each one “.<\/p>\n

In his presentation of the Tower, Mariano Sanz said that “7 Mares is considered an innovative product that will bring a lifestyle characteristic of the most emblematic tourist cities in the world, and is already becoming an icon, being it the first height building that is built in Cap Cana and in the East Region”. He added that “The construction and work inside the tower is already well advanced.”<\/p>\n

Sanz said that “The sensation and spectacular panoramic views from all areas of the tower are undescribable. You can enjoy an exquisite combination of the spectacular views of Cap Cana, the green color of nature and the turquoise blues of Juanillo Beach\u201d.<\/p>\n
