One of the highlights of Time Out Wellness Spa is its Hydro Circuit, also known as the Water Circuit. This approximately 50-minute experience is fully guided by the spa’s team.<\/p>\n

The journey begins in the sauna, followed by sensory showers, a cold plunge pool, a steam room, and a hot pool. It concludes in a relaxation room featuring Himalayan pink salt.<\/p>\n

The idea is simple: slow down and relax. The spa emphasizes that the circuit is designed for wellness and relaxation rather than hydrotherapy or medical treatment.<\/p>\n

It can also complement an active lifestyle, offering a refreshing way to unwind after exercise or physical activity. Guests can book the circuit on its own, although one of the most popular options combines a\u00a0massage and Hydro Circuit\u00a0in a single visit.<\/p>\n
