Chef Saverio Stassi arrives at Eden Roc Cap Cana<\/a> with this two-day concept. It offers a contemporary take on Dominican cuisine through technique, product, and intention.<\/p>\n

Stassi, the mind behind Ajual\u00e4 in Santo Domingo, a restaurant featured on the 50 Best Discovery<\/a> platform. He will join Eden Roc\u2019s executive chef, Adriano Venturini, in a collaboration focused on a more thoughtful culinary experience.<\/p>\n
