DR Golf is the only platform that promotes the Dominican Republic as a golf destination.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

The fifth version of the Dominican Republic Golf Travel Exchange 2018 will be held from September 1st to the 6th at the Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa hotel, located in the Cap Cana hotel tourist real estate destination.<\/p>\n

DR Golf is the only event that brings together international tour operators that specialize in the golf industry with hotel managers and directors of different golf courses in the Dominican Republic.<\/p>\n

In last year\u2019s event +117 representatives from 46 tour operator companies, as well as wholesale agencies and 31 international media outlets participated in the annual golf fair, which is organized by TARGET Marketing Consultants.<\/p>\n

The agenda includes specialized seminars, workshops headed by international tour operators and local suppliers.<\/p>\n

Organizers have also announced two golf tournaments, the first in the world-famous \u201cTeeth of the Dog\u201d golf course \u2013 in the Casa de Campo resort \u2013 and another in \u201cPunta Espada,\u201d in Cap Cana.<\/p>\n

The United States, Canada, Germany, Italy, France, Austria, Switzerland, England, Russia, Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela, Puerto Rico, Paraguay, Chile, Brazil, Ecuador, Czech Republic, Australia, Mexico and United Arab Emirates have participated in past events.<\/p>\n

The DR Golf Travel Exchange is sponsored by Secrets Cap Cana, AM Resorts, Cap Cana, Punta Espada Golf Club and the International Association of Golf Tour Operators (IAGTO), the Association of Hotels and Tourism of the Republic Dominican Republic (ASONAHORES), and the Ministry of Tourism.
