Margaritaville and Karisma Hotels & Resorts, the award-winning collection of properties with a presence in Latin America, the Caribbean, and Mexico, opened its first purpose-built location for the Margaritaville Island Reserve brand last November.<\/p>\n\u201cIt has been an incredible opportunity to bring the first LandShark brewery<\/strong> to the Caribbean, exclusively for guests of Margaritaville Island Reserve Cap Cana,\u201d said Juan Castillo, brewmaster. “Beyond the signature lager, we’re hard at work creating a line of seasonal, locally inspired craft beers that will only be available here.”<\/p>\nWith this milestone, the hotel destination is now brewing, for the first time in the Dominican Republic, LandShark Lager, the award-winning, light, and refreshing island-style lager. LandShark Brewery and Grill also offers a selection of 19 international beers including locally produced favorites and additional craft beers, rotating throughout the year. Guests can be part of the brewing experience by taking guided tours of the brewery, led by the brewmaster himself, as they sample beers and learn about the brewing process. These new proposals add to the fun and dynamic atmosphere of the place that also includes live entertainment and broadcasts of the current sports games.<\/p>\n
The special menu at LandShark Brewery and Grill incorporates its signature beer into innovative dishes like Beer Caviar, a spherification of LandShark that mimics the shape of traditional caviar; Chicken Josper, topped with a LandShark-based glaze; LandShark Beer Battered Onion Rings and much more.<\/p>\n
LandShark Brewery and Grill are located in the Entertainment Village, the social heart of Margaritaville Island Reserve Cap Cana, with multiple performance spaces, restaurants, and bars.
