St Regis Cap Cana<\/a>,<\/strong> set in the most exclusive community in the Dominican Republic, is projected to open by the end of 2023.<\/p>\nWaypoint Real Estate is leading the sales and marketing on the project, joined by Campagna Ricart\u2019s sales and marketing division.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s the first-ever St Regis in the Caribbean region.<\/p>\n

Newell is handling sales and marketing alongside the developer\u2019s team led by Sophia Yeara.<\/p>\n
\u201cWith great airlift from many international locations and the return of tourism to pre-pandemic levels in the destination, we expect the real estate market to stay hot in the Dominican Republic and continue to drive high demand to the St. Regis property,\u201d Newell said.<\/p>\n
The project, developed by Campagna Ricart and Associates and Pioneer Investment Funds, was designed by AC Arquitectos & Asociados and brought to life by Chapi Chapo Design and AG Interiors.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s set on a 17-accre site with access to 800 feet of beachfront, along with one of the top golf courses in the Caribbean: the Jack Nicklaus-designed Punta Espada Golf Club.<\/p>\n
The full inventory of residences includes 47 beachfront homes, 15 golf terrace residences, six Astor Residences, and two penthouses.<\/p>\n
Construction began last year.<\/p>\n
