Culinary Director Matt Zubrod of The Little Nell, will bring the intimate, cosmopolitan dining style this Aspen, Colorado, property is known for to the only Relais & Ch\u00e2teaux in the Dominican Republic, collaborating with Eden Roc\u2019s Executive Chef Adriano Venturini for a culinary journey that combines the best of both properties.<\/p>\n
Chef Adriano Venturini leads the diverse culinary program that has put Eden Roc Cap Cana on the map as a celebrated gastronomy destination, where the various restaurants’ on-site offer unique, curated menus that are brought to life with the settings – each with individualized d\u00e9cor.
