The Punta Espada Golf Club<\/strong><\/a> commemorated its 15th anniversary, with the holding of the traditional Cap Cana Golf Cup anniversary invitational tournament. This event is in benefit of the Forjando un Futuro Foundation.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Teenagers Justin Rodr\u00edguez and Kevin Rodr\u00edguez were winners of the cup, for the best overall gross score with 61 net clubs.<\/p>\n

Two days of outdoor play, surrounded by the majestic nature of Cap Cana <\/a><\/strong>destination who received 200 national and international players.<\/p>\n

The Cap Cana Golf Cup was held on this occasion dedicated to Mexican culture in gratitude to owners and commercial allies of the destination city, for which it had the special presence of Carlos Pe\u00f1afiel, ambassador of Mexico in the Dominican Republic who carried out the service. of honor, as well as Mar\u00eda Isabel Castillo, Dominican ambassador in Mexico.<\/p>\n

The Spanish ambassador to the Dominican Republic, Antonio P\u00e9rez Hern\u00e1ndez; the Mexican consul in the Dominican Republic, Rub\u00e9n Flores and the Spanish consul in the Dominican Republic, Pablo G\u00f3mez de Olea.<\/p>\n

Under the Scramble modality in pairs, the winners of Category A were James Hunt and Tom Miller in the first place; Antonio Olivo and Patrick Hafner in the second position; while Luis Matos and Luis Matos Junior in third place.<\/p>\n

In category B, the first position was won by Ferm\u00edn Acosta and Ferm\u00edn Acosta Junior; \u00c1ngel Gonz\u00e1lez and Julio Barranco in second place; and Saulo Mota and Sa\u00fal Mota, in third place.<\/p>\n

Category C was led by Miguel Russo and Miguel Angel Russo, first place winners; while Francesca P\u00e1ez and Martina Villegas occupied the second position. The third place went to Miguel Rodr\u00edguez and Virgilio de Pool.<\/p>\n

Accompanied by a sunny climate, the players enjoyed the excellent conditions of the Punta Espada golf course outdoors, making possible with their participation and donations the social and educational projects carried out by the Forjando un Futuro Foundation.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
