The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/fundacioncapcana\/\"><strong>Cap Cana Foundation<\/strong> <\/a>carried out this Saturday at Macao Beach, a beach cleaning day in collaboration with the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources, and the Association of Sellers and Fishermen of Macao Beach (ASOVPESMU), in commemoration of World Day Cleaning of Coasts, Beaches and River Banks 2021.<\/p>\n<p>The Foundation was part of this event for another year, where hundreds of people collected and classified solid waste from coastal areas throughout the country.<\/p>\n<p>In a press release issued by the entity, <a href=\"https:\/\/capcana.com\/es\/\"><strong>Cap Cana<\/strong><\/a> urged the entire community to enjoy responsible tourism, aware of the damage caused by solid and plastic waste discarded in the seas and rivers.<\/p>\n<p>He reiterated that for several years he has been part of the &#8220;Recycle 100+&#8221; program promoted by the Dominican National Brewery, with which he permanently collects plastic bottles in different locations in the destination city, such as hotels and condominiums.<\/p>\n<p>The Cap Cana Foundation since its inception promotes respect for biodiversity, and since 2018 has developed an action plan for environmental sustainability that seeks to protect various ecosystems and natural resources, as well as the conservation of flora and fauna, including respect for marine life through responsible fishing and caring for the coasts.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Fundaci\u00f3n Cap Cana realiza jornada de limpieza en Playa Macao<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Cap Cana, Rep\u00fablica Dominicana<\/em><\/strong>. La Fundaci\u00f3n Cap Cana realiz\u00f3 este s\u00e1bado en la Playa Macao, una jornada de limpieza de playas en colaboraci\u00f3n con el Ministerio de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales, y la Asociaci\u00f3n de Vendedores y Pescadores de la playa Macao (ASOVPESMU), en conmemoraci\u00f3n del D\u00eda Mundial de Limpieza de Costas, Playas y Riberas de R\u00edos 2021.<\/p>\n<p>La Fundaci\u00f3n se hizo parte de esta jornada un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s, en donde cientos de personas recolectaron y clasificaron desechos s\u00f3lidos de las zonas costeras en todo el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>En un comunicado de prensa emitido por la entidad, Cap Cana exhort\u00f3 a toda la comunidad a disfrutar de un turismo responsable, conscientes de los da\u00f1os que ocasionan los desperdicios s\u00f3lidos y pl\u00e1sticos desechados en los mares y r\u00edos.<\/p>\n<p>Reiter\u00f3 que desde hace varios a\u00f1os forma parte del programa \u201cRecicla 100+\u201d que promueve la Cervecer\u00eda Nacional Dominicana, con el que permanentemente recolecta botellas pl\u00e1sticas en distintas locaciones de la ciudad destino, tales como los hoteles y condominios.<\/p>\n<p>La Fundaci\u00f3n Cap Cana desde sus inicios promueve el respeto por la biodiversidad, y desde el a\u00f1o 2018 desarrolla un plan de acci\u00f3n de sostenibilidad ambiental que busca proteger diversos ecosistemas y recursos naturales, as\u00ed como la conservaci\u00f3n de la flora y la fauna, incluyendo el respeto por la vida marina a trav\u00e9s de la pesca responsable y el cuidado de las costas<\/p>\n<hr \/>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cap Cana Foundation carries out cleaning day at Macao Beach Cap Cana, Dominican Republic.
