Secrets Cap Cana is one of the first to employ these standards.<\/p>\n<p>Health and safety has always been a priority for us, we have increased our hygiene and quality protocols and procedures at our hotel, Secrets Cap Cana is currently implementing the CleanComplete Verification standards, a 360 degree quality and hygiene program, which includes the entire operation of the resort, certified by Cristal International Standards one of the highest level certifications in the industry.<\/p>\n<p>Redefining the guest travel journey, the\u00a0<em>CleanComplete<\/em>\u00a0Verification\u2122 program includes:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Welcome Back \u2013 Arrival and Check-In Procedures:<\/strong>Hygiene check-in stations with temperature check protocols in place upon arrival to resort, and increased sanitation procedures including use of alcohol-based hand sanitizer for those handling luggage and cleaning of the lobby with high-grade disinfectant every hour.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Come on In \u2013 Room Cleaning Procedures:\u00a0<\/strong>Cristal RoomCheck verification process to meet the highest hygiene cleaning for each guest room, with sanitation information on in-room tablets, printouts and TVs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Time to Relax \u2013 Sanitation Throughout the Resort:\u00a0<\/strong>Increased sanitation throughout all areas of the resorts including high human contact areas such as staircases, elevators, public areas and restrooms, as well as sports equipment and spa facilities.
