The resort has launched The Chef\u2019s Club in Eden Roc Cap Cana that will start a collaboration with the iconic Santa Caterina hotel, which will bring the best dishes of Amalfi to the Caribbean restaurants of Eden Roc Cap Cana this January.<\/p>\n<p>Adriano Venturini, culinary director of Eden Roc Cap Cana, will be joined by the Michelin-starred executive chef of the Santa Caterina hotel in Amalfi, Giuseppe Stanzione to lead a series of special dining experiences that include an Amalfi gala menu.
