This elite destination of over 6,200 acres, includes more than three miles of powder-like sand beaches. A protected harbor marina, only minutes away from one of the best fisheries in the world. To date, more than US$1,000 million in infrastructure and other facilities have been invested, which include the construction of 72 miles of paved roads, water supply, and wastewater management system with a capacity of 900,000 gallons per day. A 14MW on-site power generation and distribution system, with 20MW of backup diesel generators and 100 miles of fiber-optic cable.
