Eden Roc Cap Cana, is a factory of constant ideas to surprise its customers. For this reason, the new Blue Grill + Bar concept was inaugurated on Saturday, August 3rd, thanks to the innovative talent of Executive Chef Adriano Venturini, who within just a few months in Eden Roc Cap Cana has put his creativity to fly.
The culinary experience was revealed in an inaugural cocktail attended by prominent personalities from the hospitality industry, businessmen, executives, socialites & star chefs such as Leandro Díaz, jury of the popular reality TV show, Master Chef.
“The Blue concept merges elements of Asian & international cuisine, where we will also present the elements of American culture,” said Adriano Venturini, the culinary director of the hotel.
“Azul is a contemporary concept of international cuisine that offers a sophisticated touch to informal food and drinks. The spirit of Blue is to offer authentic flavors of Nikkei and Grill Meat respecting the traditions and the high quality of the products”.
Willy Hobal, commercial manager of Eden Roc Cap Cana, announced that “the hotel hosts events like “From Capri With Love” on Fridays at Mediterraneo Restaurant, which is the winner of the Wine Spectator Award 2019; on Saturday afternoons we have “Beach and Soul” with an excellent selection of champagne and live music and on Sunday’s we do a Wellness Morning, a relaxation program that includes yoga, meditation and culminates with a silent breakfast and detoxification”.
Small samples of the new plates were given to the guests. The ingredients in these were rock shrimp, tuna and beet tacos, among other varied dishes of fine elaboration and great freshness, accompanied by a selection of wines and cocktails. The menu that was presented also includes the Maki, Temaki, Gunkan; the Blue Pizza with arrabiata, garlic, tomato and parsley; summer truffle with burrata cheese, truffle, salmon, capers and caviar.
