This special event strengthens the collaboration between the Relais & Châteaux Eden Roc Cap Cana and L’Auberge Carmel properties, started in 2017 with “Gifts from the Pacific”.
As part of a series of gastronomic events where the most iconic chefs of the Relais & Châteaux family participate, Eden Roc Cap Cana is again honored to receive the visit of renowned Chef Justin Cogley of L’Auberge Carmel of California in the United States for Carmel to Cap Cana. The two-day event will consist of a wine tasting of the Fink Family Estate Vineyard and Galante Vineyards winery on Thursday, January 31, and a four-handed pairing dinner on Friday, February 1. Chef Justin Cogley and the new Executive Chef and Culinary Director of Eden Roc Cap Cana, Adriano Venturini, will present a menu inspired by the flavors and identities of their respective properties.
Chef Justin Cogley will lead the “Carmel to Cap Cana” event on January 31 and February 1. The price per person is USD 65.00 for wine tasting and USD 150 per person, for the five-course, four-handed pairing dinner. Rates are subject to 18% taxes and 10% service charge.
