Eden Roc Cap Cana, the culinary mecca of the Punta Cana destination, closed the “Grand Hotel Quisisana de Capri Program” week with an exclusive gala dinner with the presence of the famous chef, Stefano Mazzone. Mazzone was accompanied by Adriano Venturini, principal chef of Eden Roc. The two chefs worked on a delicate 4-hand menu for guests and special guests.
The gala dinner featured innovative dishes such as Bluefin Tuna Carpaccio, Lobster Risotto, Mero with Polenta and for dessert an amazing Sabayon with caramelized pineapple.
