Adriano Venturini, Culinary Director of Eden Roc Cap Cana will be joined by the Michelin-starred Executive Chef Giuseppe Stanzione of the recently awarded Hotel Santa Caterina of Amalfi (ITALY), to propose a tailor-made culinary experience. The tour will start in the United States with a series of four-hand dinners in a very limited and selected locations of New York, whilst the headline will be a culinary week of the Santa Caterina team at the Eden Roc Cap Cana, bringing to its Oceanside restaurant, the revisited gastronomic specialties of the Amalfi Coast.
